Our "Contemporary Renaissance" project reaches a new stage. Our galleries in Venezia are hosting the new art by Giulio Rigoni, and his solo show is also on at ART@Hilton (at the Hilton Molino Stucky Venice curated by the Giudecca 795 Art Gallery) presenting three main new works.
The first is about Orpheus, the legendary musician, poet, and prophet. Artist par excellence, demon of nature, a shaman who was able to enchant every living being and even the stones with his music.
Then the polyptych "Distant Lands" shown at the Dakar Biennale, represents the meeting of Europe (Venice) and Africa, depicting Africa from a personal, westernised point of view but one that enhances both fantasy and ancestry to create a universal language.
The third main work of the exhibition is a fantasy scene in which the artist plays with the imagination, the Venetian atmosphere, and a large protective figure.

The ART@Hilton show can be visited daily at the Hilton Hotel, Giudecca 810, from 9am to 11pm in the Campiello Lounge
